Veterinary reference
A vet or established client vouches for the host's animal handling.
Concierge interview
Live interview for temperament, judgment, and emergency response.
Insurance / liability
Coverage confirmed (host policy or platform-provided).
Pet first-aid awareness
Knows basic canine first aid and the nearest emergency vet.
