Cookie Notice

Voyhound uses a small, disciplined set of cookies to make the site work and to understand basic, aggregated usage patterns. With your explicit consent, we also load a single measurement pixel (the Meta Pixel) so we can see which channels bring people here and reach past visitors with our own content. If you decline, it never loads. We do not sell your data.

1. What Is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Cookies can serve necessary functions (like remembering you're logged in) or analytical ones (helping the site understand which pages are read).

2. Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary cookies. These keep the site functional. They handle things like session continuity in your client portal and CSRF protection on form submissions. The site cannot work without them.

Analytics cookies. We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are read, what referrers send traffic, and what device categories visit. These analytics are aggregated and do not identify individual visitors.

Measurement & retargeting (consent-gated). Only after you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner do we load the Meta Pixel. It helps us measure which channels drive enquiries and show our own content to people who have already visited. Choose “Decline” (or send a Do Not Track signal) and it is never loaded.

What we still do not do.

• No selling or sharing of your data with data brokers.
• No cross-site profiling beyond the consented pixel.
• No third-party trackers you have not agreed to.

3. Your Choices

When the measurement pixel is active, you choose at your first visit: Accept or Decline on our cookie banner. Decline and nothing non-essential loads. We also honor a browser “Do Not Track” signal as a standing decline. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may break parts of the site (notably the client portal).

4. Changes to This Notice

If we add a new category of cookie or tracker, we will update this notice and surface it through the cookie consent banner before placing it.
